测速是怎么进行的？How does the test work?
先发送约 20 个很小的请求，测出延迟和抖动；然后用 4 条并行连接分别下载、上传约 10 秒。开头的加速阶段不计入，结果取稳定阶段的平均速度。测速服务器是离你最近的 Cloudflare 边缘节点。
First, about 20 tiny requests measure latency and jitter. Then four parallel connections download and upload for about 10 seconds each. The ramp-up at the start is excluded, and the result is the steady-state average. The test server is the Cloudflare edge location nearest to you.
延迟和抖动是什么？What are latency and jitter?
延迟是数据从你的设备到服务器再返回所需的时间，越低越好，对游戏和视频通话尤其重要。抖动是相邻两次延迟测量之间的平均变化，数值越大，网络越不稳定。
Latency is the round-trip time for data to reach the server and come back. Lower is better, especially for gaming and video calls. Jitter is the average change between consecutive latency samples; higher jitter means a less stable connection.
「负载延迟」和「网络响应」评级是什么意思？What do loaded latency and the responsiveness grade mean?
下载或上传占满带宽时，路由器和运营商设备里的缓冲区会排起长队，延迟随之升高，这叫「缓冲膨胀」。测速过程中我们持续测量延迟，并按升高的幅度给出 A+ 到 F 的评级。评级越高，家里有人在下载时，游戏和视频通话越不容易卡。
When a download or upload fills your connection, buffers in routers and ISP equipment queue up and latency rises. This is called bufferbloat. We keep measuring latency during the test and grade the increase from A+ to F. A better grade means games and calls stay smooth while someone else is downloading.
测一次会用多少流量？How much data does a test use?
取决于你的网速。100 Mbps 的网络每个方向大约用 125 MB，1000 Mbps 约 1.25 GB。使用按流量计费的移动网络时请留意。每次测完都会显示实际用量。
It depends on your speed. At 100 Mbps a test uses about 125 MB in each direction; at 1000 Mbps, about 1.25 GB. Keep this in mind on metered mobile data. The actual usage is shown after each test.
为什么每次结果不一样，和别的测速网站也不同？Why do results vary, and differ from other sites?
Wi-Fi 信号、同时在用网络的其他设备、运营商高峰期拥堵、到服务器的路由，以及各网站不同的测量方法，都会影响结果。想测得更准：尽量用网线连接，暂停其他下载，并多测几次。
Wi-Fi signal, other devices on your network, peak-hour congestion at your ISP, the route to the server and each site's measurement method all affect results. For the most accurate picture, use a wired connection, pause other downloads and test a few times.
